The City of Sandy allows patrons to bring wine and beer to concerts and
movies in the park. It has not been a problem. The city also hosted a
larger event featuring microbrews for sale and music. For this event the
organizers were required to follow OLCC rules. Again, no problems were
encountered. Cheers!
