[OMS_MANAGERS] Program Benefits

Greetings:

There seems to be an EID theme to this listserv lately. W are preparing to
go public with our EID proposal, and will be conducting  outreach to
property owners to make it clear how Main Street benefits them. We are
looking for suggestions on how best to do sell the idea to some of the less
obvious beneficiaries (service providers, gas/automobile businesses, vacant
property owners, those on the periphary of town, etc.). We know to
emphasize marketing and promotion of the district, vacant property
assistance, and the whole "floating everyone's boats" idea, but are looking
for other creative and innovative ideas. If you have any you're willing to
share, we'd be very appreciative.
