Over the national main street listserve this past week there was a discussion of various on-line workplan/document sharing programs. The three that were mentioned I believe cover time tracking or the ability to create a time tracking system:

google docs (free)
teamworkpm.net (fee based)
basecamphq.com (fee based)

Also, I believe the Downtown Diva template allows you to track volunteer hours...

There might be additional ones.

Hello,
We have decided that it is time to start tracking volunteer hours. Does anyone know of an on-line program where volunteers can go in and log their own hours?
What other methods are proving to work well?

Thanks,
