EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.  The Salem Downtown Partnership, Salem, Oregon, has a full-time opening for an Executive Director.  This position requires excellent communication, public relations, and managerial skills with a strong administrative background.  Previous non-profit experience preferred with a background in the areas of promotion, design, and/or economic development a plus.  Requires the ability to work with both public and private sectors, including members of the downtown community.  Salary range $40,000 - $45,000.
