[OMS_MANAGERS] Questions for those of you with EID/BIDs

Hi Oregon Main Streeters,

We have a volunteer who has agreed to consider heading up an EID project
for us.  Would any of you with successful EID/BIDs be willing to spend some
time on the phone with him answering some questions and giving him some
advise?  I will prep him with all the info I have from training
opportunities over the last year, prior to him contacting you.
