[OMS_MANAGERS] Bingo & 50/50 fundraising question

Hi Angi,
If you want to be sure you're on the straight and narrow, the best thing to
do is connect with the Department of
Justice in Portland.  They'll help you to be sure that you're within their
guidelines of either being fine doing what you're doing or registering it
with them.  They're very easy to work with and sound much more ominous than
they are.

I've worked with them on a few different fundraisers and they were great
and really walked me through what I needed to do.  And it wasn't
prohibitively expensive either.
