[Junction City Microenterprise]

Hello all,

We were wondering about Open Banners on your streets, have heard good reviews? Seems like most of the reasons for having them is to give an option for on street signage and keep other signs from becoming an annoyance? We were also concerned if you see them as street clutter? I am just looking for some information on how the banners have been received by booth community members and business owners? We are discussing this in committee. I thought some feedback from communities with the banners would be helpful.
