[OMS_MANAGERS] Foundation 501(c)(3)

Hi all -

 

I recall this subject being discussed just recently but hope you'll be able
to revisit it a bit for us. 

 

Currently we are a 501(c)(6) but we're exploring the formation of a separate
501(c)(3) foundation (ala Washington, MO) for historic preservation and
larger design and beautification projects. I'd love to see copies of bylaws
for any of your organizations that are c-3s. Thank you so much!
