Here in Baker City we use old antiques, and just clutter up the window..
Perhaps because we "old west" people will stare at that junk for hours. We
had a rubber chicken hanging in the window and a guy offered 100.00 for
it... We have contacted absentee owners to try and encourage them to let us
fix things up.. it was worked in several instances.
