Hello Tracy. Here's a link to the seed fund application<http://www.beavertonoregon.gov/DocumentCenter/View/5182> that the City of Beaverton uses for the Main Street Program. City Council has designated $15,000 for downtown related event planning that at this point continues to be funded each year. We use this application process to grant funding to organizations working to improve the downtown using the Main Street approach, and this is in lieu of a specific agreement with one particular organization.
