USDA Rural Development seeks RBEG concept papers for economic development projects in Oregon
The USDA Rural Development Oregon State Office is soliciting concept papers for fiscal year 2013 for the Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) program.  Specific details and program contacts can be found online for two separate RBEG competitions.
General RBEG Funding:  The deadline for submitting concept papers for general RBEG funding is 11:59pm (Pacific), April 1, 2013.  
Native America RBEG Set-aside:   The deadline for submitting concept papers for the Native America RBEG set-aside is 11:59pm (Pacific), March 22, 2013.  
Due to the current budget situation, funding for this year’s competition is not guaranteed.  However, with the possibility that there will be some amount of funding available, Oregon is proceeding with our call for concept papers.

Questions related to the Rural Business Enterprise Grant in Oregon may be directed to a local Business and Cooperative Specialist. 
For projects outside of Oregon...
Those with project proposals outside of Oregon should contact USDA Rural Development in the corresponding state.
