[OMS_MANAGERS] Parking question

Have the owners of the wine tasting room and the restaurant made an effort
to talk to the pastor of the church about this problem? I have found that
in small communities like Sandy, issues are much more easily resolved when
people talk face to face with their neighbors. If the pastor would be
willing to politely ask his parishioners not to park directly in front of
their neighbor's businesses, you might be surprised how effective that
could be.
