[OMS_MANAGERS] Conference info and a fond farewell

1. I am sad to report that Oscar Hult will be leaving his position as executive director of the Albany Downtown Association as of next Tuesday, November 15. Oscar brought his great passion for downtown Albany to the position and saw positive transformation under his tenure. I will greatly miss him as part of our Network. Please join me in wishing him all the best in his next endeavors.
