[OMS_MANAGERS] Arts/artists revitalizing downtown

Hello,

I am interested in learning/hearing about any models or examples in Oregon
or beyond where artists drove downtown revitalization in a small town.  This
could be through studios, live/work space, performance/gallery space or
combination of all.  Paducah, KY is famous, but where else?
