I remember seeing an article about the City of Beaverton creating a “food pod” for food trucks:

Oh yes, that ol’ chestnut-the Street Vendor Program. We are asking questions in Downtown Bend like-What are we doing? Why do we have a program? At what point does it help or hurt brick & mortar?

We’d like the group’s perspective. Can anyone offer ideas/feedback/potholes/successes from their programs? I’d also love to see policies from other cities if you could forward them to me.
