[OMS_MANAGERS] URA Contract

Good Morning Everyone!

Our URA would like to setup a contract with Main Street to be the advocate
and facilitator for their several assistance programs. This contract would
substantially fund our program. I was wondering if anyone has an example of
a contract (contract for services?) between an Urban Renewal Agency and
Main Street? They would like to have something in writing and an example
contract would be very useful. Thank you!
