[OMS_MANAGERS] sample fundraising letters

Hello & Happy Monday! On the road recently I have been talking to a few communities about how to put together a comprehensive funding campaign. One of the primary ways to raise funds are from business and property owners w/n the downtown...or community members who believe in the work you do. Another good source, but highly underutilized, is to think of other businesses who benefit from having a healthy & vibrant downtown or who do business with those in the downtown. Attached are a couple sample solicitation letters developed by our National Main Street rep, Kathy La Plante, to address these two target audiences.
