[OMS_MANAGERS] Financial aid for Oregon Main Streets!

Dear Main Street-ers,
Restore Oregon is again very pleased to co-sponsor the Oregon Main Street conference and we look forward to seeing you this week in McMinnville.

As some of you know, Restore Oregon has been working hard on behalf of our Main Streets and we'll be sharing information on the much-anticipated REVITALIZE MAIN STREET ACT<http://restoreoregon.org/rehab-tax-credit/> - legislation we are introducing in the upcoming session which will create a state Historic Rehabilitation Incentive<http://restoreoregon.org/rehab-tax-credit/> - a 25% rebate on the cost of rehabbing or seismically upgrading our historic buildings.

We'll have all the details at the Thursday evening reception.  Please be there by 5:45pm and learn how we can work together to make this essential financial aid for Main Street a reality and transform more of our amazing historic buildings into beautiful, productive, vibrant places.
