[OMS_MANAGERS] RARE Program - Call for Applications!

Titus, we may be able to offer a RARE position for the upcoming year. I
didn't find out until late Friday so I missed the deadline. I understand
that Katelynn is not continuing with Oregon City and that Oregon City
likely won't be continuing as a participant. If that is the case I hope
that you will consider us a viable program. Katelynn can speak about our
program from the perspective of a RARE.

Is it possible for us to throw our hat in the ring?
