[OMS_MANAGERS] Grants for RARE interns?

Hi Kelly,   In Klamath, we funded our RARE with a Ford Foundation Grant and $15,000 from our city.  The city pledged a one time grant.  I think a "sharing" situation should work great, especially if the projects are related.
