Titus,
We are a new Oregon Main Street group, 42 & Spruce, Inc. in Myrtle Point,
Oregon and would love to be able to apply for a RARE to help us get our
legs more firmly developed. Yet I don't exactly know where to get the
$20k, as I said we are new to the program and are in a very small rural
community. Do you have any pointers?
Thank you for your time in answering my questions,
Emily Groves
