Hi Shari -

 

Our contract with the city is actually part of the ordinance that created
the EID in 1986. The billing to property owners occurs in August each year.
The city issues quarterly payments to us as per the ordinance.

 

Our annual CPA-reviewed financial statements are sent to the mayor and city
council each year. In addition, we attend several city council meetings a
year to report on larger projects or to remain informed about public issues
related to our mission.

Hello to all,

 

If you have a contract for funding with your city, I am hoping you can help
me out. One of our towns is working on a contract and wondered about
reimbursement. Here's what would be helpful to know:

 

1.       Do you contract for specific services or for general organizational
support?

2.       Are you paid monthly, quarterly, annually, or reimbursement as your
go?

3.       What type of reporting are you required to provide? Quarterly
report? Receipts? Invoice? Other?
