[OMS_MANAGERS] Public Comment for Proposed Rules for the OMS Revitalization Grant Program

Went there. The top part is a list of phone numbers when viewed on phone or tablet and the proposed changes link say 1-6 but only contains 1 page.

Assuming I can find it what is the best way to comment. I have multiple  issues even on the 1st page.
