One of the biggest blockers we have is commitment, being a small town it's
hard to get that close, and ask for the membership or the funding. A good

Good morning OMS Managers,

 

I am currently going through a complete committee restructuring process with
the MDA and could use some help. Could you list of some of the items your
ORG and EIC committee are currently working on, want to be working on, etc.
Maybe even some examples of what they shouldn't be doing.

 

I would like to set some clear goals for these two committees and hit the
ground running for next year.
