Hello Main Street Community!

The McMinnville Downtown Association is gearing up for our Annual Board Retreat in Janurary. We are having it at a winery… so hopefully it won’t be too dull…. but I need your help!

Can you please send me a few things that each of you are doing that you feel are your biggest successes. I would love it if I could get at least one example for ORG, DESIGN, PROMO and ER from each of your organizations. 

I will lead the way and hope many of you take the time to respond :) 

MDA's Biggest Successes

ORGANIZATION
Our sponsorship opportunities and packet design. 
Internship Program with Linfield. We have had four very successful part-time interns help out at the office this past year with no cost to our organization.
Implementing SalesForce!

PROMO
Farmers Market is by far our most profitable event and is one of the best for our image and mission.
Downtown Gift Certificates. We sold more than $32,000 in Gift Certificates last year.

ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING
Our ability to help property owners with tax credits and grant applications for historic properties. One of the biggest strengths the MDA has right now is our committees expertise in recruiting businesses, retaining businesses and being a great resource to help them find funding for many of their projects.
