[OMS_MANAGERS] Main Street Websites

Our website isn't perfect but we spent a lot of time thinking about it.

There are some finer details that aren't executed well but I think our
front page is on point. It is most important to be mobile friendly and easy
to update. Where we have fallen flat is on taking on too much regular
maintenance or expecting our business owners to be on top of maintaining
their own pages.
