[OMS_MANAGERS] Event Planning

Good Morning Everyone,
I am looking for an event or festival planning checklist, something that our committees could us as they are planning events. I was hoping there was a checklist that identifies when planning/preparation events should begin months in advance all the way up to the day of the event. Do any of you use a checklist like this that you would be willing to share?
