Did you miss the Feb 1 deadline for National Trust Preservation Funds? Don't stress, there's still a chance to receive funding through either the Johanna Favrot Fund or the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Fund.

  *   The Johanna Favrot Fund<http://my.preservationnation.org/site/R?i=ZL5mZWs9-lUQkPqXR41xKw> aims to save historic environments in order to foster an appreciation of our nation's diverse cultural heritage and to preserve and revitalize the livability of the nation's communities.
  *   The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Fund<http://my.preservationnation.org/site/R?i=8eO37L0lxIrNapSqGnfe-Q> assists in the preservation, restoration, and interpretation of historic interiors.

Funds are awarded for planning activities and education efforts, and range from $2,500 to $10,000. Full criteria, eligibility examples and applications can be found online.

Both funds have an extensive selection process for recipients. Grantees will receive notification of their approval in July.
