[OMS_MANAGERS] Welcome to New Executive Director in Coos Bay

Welcome to Elizabeth-Claire Knox ("EC"), the new executive director with the Coos Bay Downtown Association! Elizabeth hit the ground running last week, starting with CBDA's annual meeting! She brings a unique background to her new position. She is a former US Coast Guard Seaman and also was an analyst for the US Coast Guard, FEMA, and the Department of Defense in her position with Booz Allen Hamilton. She has a BS in Business/Sports Studies from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

Reminder: Diamonds in the Rough grant application is due on May  13, 2016
DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH grants are to restore or reconstruct the facades of buildings that have been heavily altered over the years. The purpose is to return them to their historic appearance and potentially qualify them for historic register designation (local or national). These grants are part of the SHPO's Preserving Oregon Grant Program for the 2013-15 biennium. Grants may be awarded up to $20,000.
