[OMS_MANAGERS] Info from National Main Street Center: 2016 Trends Survey & USDA Webinar

Sheri,

Tried to fill out this survey but it is wildly difficult (scale of 1 to 10
it is a 10) to fill out.  All sorts of very, very detailed questions.  It
won't let you skip any so I gave up.  Who in heaven's name thought this
up?  BIG waste of time!!!!!

My suggestion is, before you send this type of thing out to the group, take
the quiz yourself and then forward it with your thoughts about how long it
really takes, its difficulty factor and its utility.
