Hi everyone,
Please note my email address. If you reply to my question below, please reply directly to me vs. replying to the listserv address. That way we spare everyone's poor inboxes.
My question:
Do your cities have downtown design guidelines that require a certain percentage of transparent windows for buildings fronting to your "Main St"? If so, have you ever dealt with an applicant looking to get a variance for opaque or frosted windows? I'm just curious what precedent may exist for a business/property being granted or denied such a variance. Of course, I'm asking totally hypothetically. I'm not dealing this right now, this minute. :)
Thanks!
