I will send you a few examples I have in my files. Another good resource is The Oregon Nonprofit Corporation Handbook by Cindy Cumfer & Kay Sohl. In the back are sample policies on a variety of topics.

Do you have policy manuals you can share with me covering all things from confidentiality, cash management, incident tracking, external contractor policies, spending authority, etc?

I am also specifically looking for a membership policy manual which is outside the scope of general policies if anyone has one of those too...
