[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Spray Paint Ordinance

The City of Woodburn is looking for information from cities who have addressed their tagging and graffiti problems by enacting a spray paint enforcement ordinance requiring stores to lock up spray paint and to document identification of purchasers ensuring they are over 18th (or other age limitations).  We would also like to hear how that is working for the jurisdictions, i.e. has it reduced graffiti, difficulty enforcing, etc.
