[OMS_MANAGERS] EV Charging Stations

[Main Street Coordinator]

We do not have any downtown, but we have three separate locations where
they are located. One location at a local inn is free while the stations at
Fred Meyer are $7.50 per session.
https://chargehub.com/en/ appears to be a decent resource.
