[OMS_MANAGERS] EV Charging Stations

We have several they are owned by city, and I believe all are solar powered, I have no idea if the have a fee or even who to ask and I rarely see people parked by them but I have spoken to some customers who drove 30-40 miles to shop and needed them to get home. They drive to Beaverton from Washington, plug car in, shop tax free till car charged then go home.
