Hi Carlene,
Let’s look at our calendars in Pendleton w/Courtney (she is the new executive director w/the Coos Bay Downtown Association) and pick a date that works for you both for the orientation.
Regards, Sheri

Hi Sheri
I am attending the Four Point Refresh Workshop in Pendleton. Looking forward to meeting you and starting to learn all about this great program I'm now a part of :-)
Ruth Linoz wants me to find a 3 hour block of time ASAP to come to Salem and get an orientation from you.
Things are so busy for all of us I'm sure, but we'll find an opportunity. Let me know after this event what some options are for you.
Id love to apply for the free technical assistance. But, I'm running out to a meeting now so I'll need to apply tomorrow.
I'm needing all the technical assistance I can get! Of course, don't we all.
See you in Pendleton.
Kind regards
Carlene Girouard

I'm looking for a young person , who reminds me of me 30 years ago, to mentor and eventually purchase my business. It's too great a gig to just stop doing and now that I'm working on this new part time position, I'm even more motivated to find that special young someone.

1. Four Point Refresh Workshop – just a reminder if you haven’t registered for the Four-Point Refresh Workshop for this Friday, July 14, 8 a.m. to noon, Pendleton Center for the Arts, it is getting close to the cut-off date. Pre-registration closes on Wednesday at noon. Communities in the Main Street Track of the Oregon Main Street Network (Performing Main Street, Transforming Downtown, and Exploring Downtown) that attend the workshop will receive priority consideration as we roll-out the Refreshed model in Oregon. To register please go to: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/main-street-four-point-refresh-workshop-tickets-34870982046
2. Oregon Main Street, part of Oregon Heritage, Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, is offering free technical assistance to local main street organizations to help you develop compelling stories that inspire new support and commitment to your revitalization effort. Up to five communities will be selected based on a competitive application process. Applications (attached) are due by August 2, 2017. Submit to sheri.stuart at oregon.gov<mailto:sheri.stuart at oregon.gov>. Selected communities must commit to presenting at the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Conference, October 4-6, in Oregon City.
Eligibility: Communities participating in the Main Street Track of the Oregon Main Street Network (Performing Main Street, Transforming Downtown, and Exploring Downtown levels).
Background: We noticed our communities are doing an amazing job in revitalizing your historic downtowns. Despite this, it is often challenging for our communities to communicate your message which hampers your ability to attract the people and financial resources you need to be sustainable. We have contracted with Ryan Schwartz with Full Focus Communication to work with up to 5 main street programs to help you develop your story.
