[OMS_MANAGERS] Downtown Hermiston Wins Edward Jones Placemaking on Main Crowdfunding Challenge!

Great Job Hermiston.  It will be fun to see a picture at some point.  There is a lot of discussion in Klamath Falls about adding a couple more this summer.
