Dear Mr. Swerdloff,

My name is Karl Stahnke, and I am the Director of Development for the Holly Theatre Restoration Project in Medford, Oregon. After reading an article about your Historic Restoration Program, I'm contacting you today because we are in possession of the historic NBC Robert Morton studio pipe organ and are trying to find an appropriate new home for it.

We acquired this organ as part of a restructuring of our organization, and are tasked with liquidating items that were collected for a proposed Western States Museum of Broadcasting. As this historic pipe organ is not appropriate for installation in our historic Holly Theatre, we are looking to donate the organ to an organization that is interested in preserving and/or restoring this piece of history.

As a Historic Restoration Program, we are hoping you may be interested in acquiring this organ as a class restoration project, or perhaps you may know of an organization or individual that would be interested in a project of this scope.

I have attached a "Sale Poster" to this email that gives a brief description of this piece of history, and can provide a more detailed appraisal of the organ upon request.

Please let me know if you are interested in having this organ donated to your program, or if you know of any person or organization that may be interested.
