[OMS_MANAGERS] Art Galleries

1) how may art galleries do you have in your City? two
2) City population 11,000
3) Does City finance/ subsidize any gallery? no
4) Are any 501(c)3?  i don't know what this means.
5) Any thing else you want to provide about art in your City. we are in the
process of putting together an arts commission.
