[OMS_MANAGERS] cable system sign specs

Greetings Main Street Managers,

The Tigard Downtown alliance has recently added an overhead cabling system
to welcome visitors and advertise downtown events. I am writing today to see
if any programs in our network have any design standards in reference to the
following:

Weight (or style) of fabric-

Width, depth, length -

Wind cut outs (size and number) -

Any other pertinent information to share we should consider?
