1.     Oregon's Meyer Memorial Trust sets April 18th deadline to apply for $3.9 million in Housing Opportunities<https://mmt.org/news/our-door-now-open> funding, $3.6 million in Healthy Environment<https://mmt.org/news/get-ready-submit-your-healthy-environment-grant-proposals> funding,  $4.3 million in Building Communities<https://mmt.org/news/funding-advance-equitable-outcomes-marginalized-communities> funding, & $3.4 million in Equitable Education<https://mmt.org/news/investing-meaningful-public-education-all> funding.


2.     USDA has set a May 7th deadline for a total of $13 million under the Farmers Market Promotion<ttps://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=301381> program. Some 60 grants are expected to be awarded ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 to "to increase domestic consumption of and access to locally and regionally produced agricultural products, & to develop new market opportunities for farm & ranch operations serving local markets by developing, improving, expanding, &providing outreach, training, & technical assistance to, or assisting in the development, improvement, & expansion of domestic farmers' markets, roadside stands, community-supported agriculture programs, agritourism activities & other direct producer-to-consumer market opportunities." 3.     USDA also has set May 7th as the due date for applications under its $13 million Local Food Promotion<https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/search-grants.html> program which expects to award some 60 grants of between $25,000 & $500,000 "to increase domestic consumption of and access to locally and regionally produced agricultural products, and to develop new market opportunities for farm and ranch operations serving local markets."
