Joan announced her retirement later this year at the Downtown Corvallis Association’s Membership Meeting on April 18. She has served as the executive of DCA for 25 years and has been a major part of the efforts to build a strong and healthy downtown. Not only that, Joan (along with Patti Webb, the former executive director in McMinnville) was instrumental in maintaining a main street presence in Oregon when there was a gap between having a statewide program. We thank her for her many years of service.
