[OMS_MANAGERS] Boarding House to Apartments Examples?

Hi folks,

 

We're looking for someone who has rehabbed what once was a historic
building's second story boarding house into apartments. Many historic
buildings in the late 19th and early 20th century had boarding houses
upstairs and it seems like all followed a similar design.  We would like to
talk with anyone who has rehabbed an upper story of that design and created
apartments or offices in the space.
