Welcome to Oregon, Kevin.  I grew up in Beaverton (Sunset HS class of '88),
and am looking forward to seeing your vision for the downtown area.

...and if you are most at peace on a mountain trail, I've got a few of
those out here in Sandy that you might find very enjoyable.  You're welcome
to come out for a trek anytime.  :)
