[OMS_MANAGERS] Billboard grants?

Good morning!

I'm trying to figure out if grant funds are available anywhere for a
potential billboard promoting our downtown district.

Sheri thinks Oakridge might have received funding for something like this
thru a Travel Oregon grant.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
