[OMS_MANAGERS] Payments

We use Neon CRM - its fairly expensive and clunky so we're looking at
switching to Maestro Community Manager. I've used that for a while prior to
moving over to Oregon City and really liked it for managing memberships,
project management features, database management, etc. The only thing it
didn't do well was external communications and I think they've updated
since last March.
