[OMS_MANAGERS] Grant opportunities

Hello, everyone. Another question: Any reccomendations on architects for
parks? We've got a space at the end of our North Main Street that has been
offered to us for a park area, and I'd like to put together a proposal for
some upcoming grants, but I need a drawing or cost estimate.
