Downtown Oregon City was one of three Main Street programs recognized by the National Main Street Center today in The Great American Main Street Awards at the spectacular historic Midland Theater in downtown Kansas City, MO. Selected by a national jury of community development professionals and leaders in the fields of economic and historic preservation, the award winners serve as exceptional models for comprehensive, preservation based commercial district revitalization. DOCA was recognized for its role in harnessing the community's entrepreneurial spirit to stimulate the local economy and drive nvestment in their downtown. We are so proud they were recognized for their efforts!
