Hi Courtney. You might try Stacie Cook in Mill City
(scook at ci.mill-city.or.us) or the Mt. Angel Chamber of Commerce or their
city offices. Both have had recent façade improvement programs funded in
part by grants from Marion County. Those grant funds were then disbursed to
businesses in the local communities (in Mill City's case, they also raised
funds locally to add to the pot). As part of that process, local businesses
made a proposal to the cities re: why their business should be chosen for a
portion of the grant funds for façade improvement. I'm sure Stacie will
still have the documents, and Mt. Angel has been doing this for a few years
v. successfully too. Allison 503.871.5188

Can anyone help our Courtney with a pre-app to help select projects to
submit for grant applications?
Cheers, Sheri

Hey Sheri,
We have a few businesses that are interested in the various renovation
grants that are coming available in 2019. Do you have any documents from
communities that have already created a pre-grant application to put out to
the local community to help our organization chose which project we want to
submit? Just thought I would ask before I recreate the wheel. :)
Cheers,
Courtney Williams
