[OMS_MANAGERS] Fundraising/Campaign Strategies

Hi Emily,

I love this question, and I can't wait to hear the responses because we are
looking to grow our fundraising as well (as I imagine everyone is).

Currently, our main funding is via our EID
<http://www.downtownbend.org/the-dbba.html>, and then our largest
fundraiser is Bend Oktoberfest <https://www.bendoktoberfest.com/>. We've
done this for 15 years now. However, it takes lots of resources & staff
bandwidth to put on. This last year we tried two new fundraisers, and both
were successful. We did a Downtown Celebration Night and Silent Auction
<http://www.downtownbend.org/celebration-night.html> and we did an Ugly
Sweater Pub Crawl <https://www.benduglysweaterpubcrawl.com/>.

Let me know if you have any questions.
